Shipping

Shipping options, pricing, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).

Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During launches and peak seasons, processing may take longer.

International

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Lost / delayed

If tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your package shows delivered but can’t be located, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn and unused items in original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email info@millionbright.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for specific products or promotions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error on our side.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we can help you exchange based on availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll offer alternatives.

Hygiene note

For hygiene reasons, any item showing signs of wear, washing, odor, or damage may be refused.
